ONE REAL DAY SPIRITUAL EMPHASIS CONFERENCE
Specifically Designed for ONE School
Our prayer is that during this one powerful day of Bible study, your students will leave transformed — spiritually different from when they arrived. We are asking God to speak personally and directly to each student. We encourage them to listen intently, take notes, stay focused on God's Word, and most importantly, apply what they hear to their everyday lives. Our hope is that the Biblical truths they encounter will ignite a light within their hearts, inspiring them to Get Real with others, with themselves, and, above all, with God.
Our events are typically designed to bring multiple schools together to accomplish something big — something no single school could easily do on its own. These large conferences often draw between 500 and 1,500 students and feature 14–20 Get Real Team speakers and musicians.
However, due to the impact of the recent pandemic, many schools are no longer traveling to large gatherings. In response, we are now offering a more "scaled-down" version of our OneRealDay.com Spiritual Emphasis conference, specifically tailored for individual schools. This format is available to any Christian school with students in sixth grade and above.
IS THIS ALL IN ONE DAY?
Yes!
Five (5) Sessions in One Day. Depending on the school, usually about 8:30 AM to approximately 2:45 PM. This is flexible.
IS IT HIGH ENERGY?
Yes!
We have a limited amount of time with your students and we want to grab their attention.
IS THERE MUSIC?
Yes!
Billy Lord is the Get Real Worship Director and has led worship weekly for nineteen years with Mark Hall of Casting Crowns. He is a nationally-known singer/songwriter/arranger. He leads worship throughout the day. Billy also facilitates one session specifically on WORSHIP.
IS THERE AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION?
Yes!
There are interactive songs with which students will participate, along with engaging games during the day.
IS THIS BIBLICALLY BASED?
ABSOLUTELY!
At Get Real Spiritual Emphasis Conferences, we make no apologies for our unwavering belief in the Bible—every word of it. We stand firmly on the truth that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and remains fully relevant today. Every session we offer is rooted in Scripture, and we boldly present a clear, unapologetic Biblical worldview.
We believe that everything—what we say, do, watch, listen to, and participate in—must be filtered through the truth of God's Word. We desire your students to learn to view life through the lens of Scripture rather than through social media or the many other distorted lenses the world offers.
This truly is a Spiritual Emphasis. What some schools spread out over a full week, we intentionally deliver in just one day.

BILLY LORD
Billy Lord serves as the Worship Leader for both the One Real Day and Get Real Band. In addition to writing, arranging, and leading worship for all Get Real and One Real Day Spiritual Emphasis Conferences, he also ministers as the part-time Worship Pastor at Eagle’s Landing Griffin Church in Griffin, Georgia. Billy brings a wealth of experience and a deep heart for ministry to every setting where he leads. For nineteen years, he faithfully served alongside Mark Hall, the lead singer and songwriter of the Grammy Award-winning band Casting Crowns, helping to lead worship.

SCOTT DAVIS
Scott Davis has been sharing the message of Christ around the world since 1986, speaking in Christian schools, public schools, churches, and a wide variety of other venues. Over the years, he has been a featured speaker at ACSI Leadership Conferences and numerous other events. His ministry has taken him to all fifty states across America and twenty-six different countries. Scott is a graduate of Liberty University and the author of two books. In addition to his speaking and writing, he hosts a weekly radio show called The Monday Mood Changer, encouraging listeners with practical, faith-filled insights to start their week with purpose and hope.
