THE PURPOSE
The AMAZING ADVENTURE DAY for Christian schools is ONE DAY consisting of a series of three chapels presented by Billy & Cassie Lord for preschool (K3-5) and elementary grades (1st-5th). This day is designed to be high-energy and highly participatory. We want kids engaged and excited about learning how much God loves them.
THE DAY
The preschool chapel event is approximately forty-five (45) minutes in length filled with fun, interactive worship songs, a Bible game and a Gospel explanation on their level.
The two elementary chapel events are approximately one hour and fifteen (75) minutes in length. These are divided up by a lunch/play break. Using the songs from Billy & Cassie’s “Amazing Adventure” CD, Chapel One focuses on the Old Testament through video, music, a Bible game along with brief, Biblical teachings. Chapel Two focuses on the New Testament and includes a clear Gospel presentation.

Help them love the Bible by giving them a simple overview

Reduce Bible intimidation for children

Teach the books of the Bible and a portion about what’s in each of those books

Teach children to sing and talk directly to God
THE TEAM
Billy & Cassie Lord have been in full-time music and speaking ministry for over thirty years. Both are known for their incredible songwriting abilities and gifts for connecting with students. Many principals have commented on how fully engaged their students are when led in Chapel by Billy & Cassie Lord. Billy Lord leads worship weekly with Mark Hall of the Grammy-winning band, Casting Crowns. They live in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.
